Our Sustainability Journey
As Denge, we see sustainability not only as an area we can improve in, but also as a goal to transform our entire organization in this direction. We are aware that we are lagging behind as the world in sustainability today, as institutions limit themselves to doing better. We know that measuring/monitoring compelling targets, progress with data, and transparently sharing them with the public in sustainability studies are inevitable for a correct transformation. Therefore, , we have determined our sustainable transformation targets for a better future in a way that will force ourselves and our stakeholders to be better.
In the near future, we will share with the public a transparent sustainability report about our carbon footprint and the projects we plan to achieve our goals.

By 2030, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint to zero in Scope 1 and 2.

With the definition of ZDHC, GOTS, KKDIK, and Reach Candidate lists, we aim to reduce the products containing harmful chemicals by 50% by 2025 and to zero by 2027.
In 2030, we aim to produce with net zero water use.

We aim to be a sustainable facility that is fully in harmony with nature, for employees and environmental well-being. By 2030, we want to be a zero-emission facility that protects biodiversity and environmental conditions on campus.

By 2030, we aim to make production processes 50% free of harmful chemicals and increase this rate to 100% by 2040.
By 2030, we want to optimize production processes and make them more plain and digital.

We aim to increase the employee satisfaction rate above 80% by implementing improvement policies for working conditions and environment.

We aim to ensure that the corporate culture is effective in the social sphere through projects to be developed for the development of local skills and social development areas.

We want to be defined as a leader in the sector by increasing the awareness of both producers and end consumers.
Waste
We aim to reduce waste by 75% by improving all processes that create waste through projects to be developed.
